CANCELLATION POLICY
The salon policy is to charge 100% of the service price for no shows. A no show is when you don't come to your appointment but do not contact us before hand to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate your respect of our time and would appreciate if you would let us know as soon as you know that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment! If you are going to be late, please let your stylist know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Thank you! -TGS
